Machine Speed Inspection
A fixed machine speed will make sure the production is running steady with a fixed quality.
Measurement
It is the most easiest inspection, to check the cutting width, make sure each cutting width is right. Sometimes the more easier thing the more fault can be made.
Thickness Inspection
Thickness is an important item to test on because it directly decide the quality of the protective film.
Viscosity Testing
We have a viscosity test room with homothermal environment to test viscosity of the film.
Loading
A good loading will make sure when the final productsa arrive in customers’ hand will be in a good condition, we do inspection for loading to command workers to load in a perfect condition.
